Great food great price and great service

Waitress/waiters will always change and differ based on personal days. Olive Gardens atmosphere is comfortable and clean with plenty of seating. Their menu has maintained a balanced selection and price wise a good range while still offering unlimited soup and salad. 4 stars is only lost because our wait staff that day wasn't perfect.

food was GREAT. service was a bit slow. and unprepaired. no silverware, dirty table. long time to take our order. slow drink refill.

My first time here ...i kept hearing rave reviews of the salad dressing and breadsticks, so when my coworkers chose this restaurant for our christmas dept lunch, i was happy to agree! so we got a big salad for the table and endless breadsticks...warm! i have to say i was not that head over heels for the salad/dressing as everyone else was. but i'm a pesca/vegetarian and i KNOW a good salad, and this just was okay. i liked that the bread was warm, that's always a nice touch. for my entree i had a cheesy pasta with smoked mozzerella and shrimp. really really good. hit that gluttonous craving i needed fulfilled for the holiday! No room for dessert after all that. The place was fairly clean, plenty of parking, it was a bit cold in there, i wish the fireplace we were sitting in front of was working! but other than that, i'm glad we went there for lunch, i'd go back.

Service was excellent. However kitchen prep staff that prepared lettuce for the salad left base of the head of lettuce in the lettuce. Was not acceptable to serve to guests.

First & Foremost, The Bread was hard; My Husband stuffed mushrooms were over-cooked.We decided to have the cook remake the stuffed mushrooms (cooked twice) came out for the second time and we received the same result. The waitress was very Attentive to us and had a Great personality. It was not a horrible experience but definitely if we are "regulars" you may want to make sure our food is A-OK!!!

Olive Garden in North Haven, CT is much to be desired; the restaurant lacks good customer service and the food lacks flavor and anything having to do with Authentic Italian food. I recently went and spent $80+ for food that honestly wasn't all that!! The best thing about the food was that it actually came hot which is a first for me after dining at this particular location a couple of times prior; the food looks NOTHING likes it's advertising (which is like most restaurants), the waitstaff wasn't personable and the nonsense of unlimited breadsticks and salad is a total lie and exaggeration...I received (3) bread sticks throughout my whole dining experience and (1) large plastic bow with minimal salad that had minimal vegetables and dressing. The drink(s) tasted of artificial sweetener; I really wasn't pleased with the overall service, quality of food, loud atmosphere and/or pricing!!

It's always best when the meal is excellent but it's even better when you have a wonderfully personable server as we did tonight. He made our visit a pleasantly enjoyable evening. My wife and I had stopped going a few years ago because of a few iffy meals but decided to give it another try and I'm glad we did.

Always a great choice. We were sat and served right away, despite the crowd. The salad and the meals are always good. You really can't miss with Olive Garden.

If anyone doesn't start their review off with saying "unlimited salad and breadsticks" then don't trust them at all. What is the correct amount of cheese to shred over the salad you may ask? I don't know. That seems like an answer only a prophet can make.Joking aside, I've been going here since they opened years ago. Never once have I had a complaint against them. From finding parking to quality of food, it has always been perfect. To be clear I'm not saying this applies to all locations. It is only to this particular restaurant I speak of. There have been other where I wouldn't be dropping 5 stars on.Stop by and get yourself a delicious meal for a reasonable price, and don't forget to bring home some of those unlimited supplies.

Great food! Awesome value!!! A little slow sometimes when they are running bottomless specials. Still a fantastic place to eat!

I like olive garden but i didn't like shrimp alfredo. Very tiny shrimp and have an after taste in my mouth. My husband order gorgonzola steak and it was a great choice. Taste good and the meat seems fresh.

Typical Olive Garden. Server was prompt with drinks but lacked with hissing and clearing our 5 top. Entrees were delivered by others and one of the entrees had about 1/2 of an acceptable amount of "zoodles". When the waitress did come to check on us she quickly fixed the issue by bringing more without charge. All in all it's what you'd expect from a chain. Bathrooms were clean as were the rest of the establishment.

As a vegetarian who doesn't eat eggs or cheese with animal rennet, Olive Garden seemed like Italian Food Heaven. The food is super delicious and the staff is very courteous. Table cheese and bread are a bonus with every meal. Fried Mozzarella sticks are highly recommended!

I go to the Olive Garden a lot and always have a good experience. The food is excellent, hot, flavorful, not too expensive, and the service is very good. I like the atmosphere and always feel at home there. I will continue to go there time after time because it is one of my favorite places to eat. I recommend it highly for families, couples and single diners alike.

This is my favorite place to eat out. The salad and breadsticks draw me in and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is always hot and fresh and The plates are plentiful.

Great family restaurant! The soup I got was not very appealing, but everything else was delicious and our server was great!!!

The lady gave me extra chocolate and asked me about my book. Kind and respectful, she literally made my day. The waitress was the reason for 5 stars,, I'd give ten stars for her service again. You can tell the manager is clearly customer focused and it shows through his employees.

Gone downhill, my daughter ordered the chix parmesan, it was too rubbery to eat, had to send it back. My stuffed chix marsala was dry and burnt. Not going back!!!!!

I recently visited this location and the food was good . We were sat down immediately with no wait at first . Another party was sat down after us and was served immediately . We were left waiting for quite awhile not even provided drinks. At the this particular time it was not busy and I noticed some of the server's just standing around. Finally our server came and provided drinks however we was left waiting once again even after placing our food orders immediately . I went up front to speak to the manager regarding what had taken place and the server was addressed however it started getting busier and the server was all over the place. I usually like this location but not sure I will return.

Olive Garden what can I say I like going here when I have a gift card for Christmas. Also the wait staff is fantastic and are all the employees are great but the portion control size has slimmed down a lot since they opened up and for the money you pay they should give you more food.

I enjoy coming to Olive Garden! The Zappa toscana is my all time fave! Tonight, Christine was our server. Beautiful demeanor!

Great place to eat. Spaghetti, meat sauce, meatballs all good. Unlimited bread and potato soup I could eat non stop. Love the OG

Food great as always, drinks also great..clean area and luckily we were able to be seated quite quickly even though a party of 7. I must say that Manager Kaitlyn was so kind and helpful making sure our entire meals went perfectly. 5 Stars all around

Consistent experience here in North Haven. Very busy Saturday but everything came out Hot and quick. The bar staff was swamped but when the relief came everything ran smooth. Seafood Alfredo is the way to go.

They treat you like family! Ordered endless stuffed pastas, they even let us order a round to take home!

Tried this spot once with a friend and I am addicted since then. I enjoyed the great vibes and fresh dishes and drinks. Kudos.

Our wait time was almost nothing thanks to getting placed in line by using the website. When we arrived, were told 10-15 minutes for our table for 3. Our server was kind and non intrusive while helpful making our 9 year old steak loving daughter very happy. Only negative was there were no silverware/napkins on our table once our food came. Food was cooked perfectly. Servings were large. Price was definitely reasonable.

Olive Garden is a good choice for delicious Italian food without spending a lot of money. The service is great even when the place gets busy and it does get busy! I'll definitely be back soon

Don't miss shrimp Alfredo. Really very delicious and tender. Good srrvices and friendly stuff. Very busy on weekends, the waiting is between 20 ro 30 minutes. Perfect location and huge.

This place sure knows how to serve their customers. Consistently with a very welcoming mindset. The food is reasonably priced, regularly delicious and neat.

Food good, service poor. Second time in a row we had extremely slow service. Server was nice but meals were brought out in two waves, kids first then the adults. Kids were well finished by the time adults got their food. Therefore kids were a distraction for the adults.

Food was good, chicken was a bit overcooked. Great service, waitress was awesome.

This is my go to place in my area for Italian. I love the Tour of Italy because it combines my favorites into 1 order. The service here is good. Everyone is nice and friendly. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The food is delicious and full of flavor.
